Please allow 2 business days after all information has been received for us to prep and mail your disputes out to the 3 consumer reporting agencies. Once they are delivered to them, processing time starts! The basic package includes 3 rounds (typically takes around 3 months) and the premium plan includes 6 rounds (typically around 6 months). However majority of our clients start seeing results in the first 90 days. After your package has expired you may need to purchase again for additional months if there are still accounts remaining. Remember we are credit repair specialists,not magicians. We fight on your behalf using consumer laws each month to get accounts removed. Credit repair takes patience! With that being said, there are no refunds.

We use Smart Credit because it includes all 3 credit reports (Experian, Equifax, and Transunion). While we do not charge a monthly fee for credit repair, Smart Credit does charge monthly to provide you and us a refreshed copy of your credit report each month. If you use our affiliate link the charge will be around $19 monthly. It is mandatory that you are up to date with your Smart Credit payment so we can check for updates and send new rounds out to the credit bureaus.

1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor

2. Add a new question & answer

3. Assign your FAQ to a category

4. Save and publish.

You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Yes. To add media follow these steps:

1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor

2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one

3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon

4. Add media from your library and save.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
